As of late I've grown content with my surroundings,(I don't like it). Ironically its the result of recent trips I've taken, physically, spiritually, and mentally. On these journeys I've learn that there is much more to life than the narrow pool of goals I've clung to for so long. My dreams now venture far beyond the small box of obvious musical achievements to more general things, involving new human experiences that I'd never have in any other circumstance.
I'm already working on several life events, with club in hand I will mold my existence into my ideal one.
I like your figurative speech, which is something I kind of fail to do with my writing. I'm happy for you about your change in perpective about your aspirations.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you have recently been "enlightned" lately. It is a good idea to have larger and grander goals as ones skills involve. It is never good to rest on one's laurels.
ReplyDeleteI think that with the realization that our lives as we know it will soon be over yet is just beginning makes our perspective on life change. I say this because for the last couple of weeks I’ve been contemplating a lot. My outlook on life has always been “The sky is the limit”, I don’t believe in limiting myself – I feel that the world is mine. I’m glad you’re starting to re-evaluate what you want to do with your music career. Break out & be extraordinary – you owe it to yourself!
ReplyDeletei'm glad that you have come to that realization!!! It's not often that I get to have those precious momments that end up mattering the most.
